Orders can be viewed from the Info panel home page or by opening the Orders section in the admin panel. 1.Order filtering You can filter orders by its individual Order ID, order status, in specific time periods or by client. Remember that it is possible to filter purchases by status and it is important to check Missing orders. This status means, that, if a client has started to form an order, but for some reason hasn’t completed it, hasn’t filled out some data or has left the completion of the purchase, by reviewing the entered information, you can contact the customer and clarify whether the purchase is current or not. 2. Editing an order Clicking on the light blue “View” button by the orders, you can view and edit information connected to an order. Orders can also be opened from the admin panel home page. By clicking on the red Edit button, you can modify payment and delivery addresses. When pressing on the green +Products button, you can add products to the order. But by pressing the red Delete button, you can remove a specific product. Further you can look at the order history and its status. It is also possible to make changes in the order status, select or notify the client about these changes, add commentary and attachments. At the end press the orange +Add button. It is possible to download both an advance and a fixed accounting invoice. The blue button, that can be found at the bottom of the page, is for opening the invoice. Further you'll find, that the orange button is meant for Advance PDF invoice, but the blue one is for Strict Invoice.

Gift Vouchers

In the Marketing >> Coupons section you can create various discount coupons for customers. When completing an order, the client can enter the coupon code and receive the discount. A new coupon can be added by pressing the blue [+] button. Name – Coupon title Enter code – By entering the coupon code, the client will receive a discount. Type – A possibility to choose the coupon type, a percentage discount or a specific amount. Quantity discount - Amount of discount Sum – It is possible to add a minimal order sum, that must be reached to use a discount Customer Login – Whether the customer must be registered to use the voucher Free delivery – Whether the coupon enables free delivery Products – A possibility to choose specific products to which the coupon applies Category block - A possibility to choose a specific category to which the coupon applies Uses per Voucher - A possibility to choose how many times the coupon can be used altogether Uses per client - A possibility to set a limit how many times one can use the coupon Status – Is the coupon enabled When everything has been set, click the blue Save button In the Gift Vouchers section you can divide the coupon sections, for example, birthdays, name days, etc. with the possibility of adding a picture to each topic. These codes can be individually sent to clients via email or to all clients, who have signed up to receive newsletters. Gift voucher design – You can create a gift voucher design and title Gift vouchers – You can create the voucher itself and enter its receiver.
