Return options

Under the System >> Localisation >> Returns you will find three sub-categories.

In each one it is possible to edit an option, as well as add a new one or delete it.

The first is “Return Statuses”, that will appear only on the admin side.

They describe in which part of the process the return is currently in.

The second is “Return Actions”, that also appear only on the admin side.

This section describes, what resolution has been reached for the specific return.

The third is “Return Reasons”, that the client is also able to see.

By using the given reasons, the client can describe, why they have made a return.

In the Sales >> Returns section you can view the returns made.

When clicking on the “Edit” button, you will be able to see details about it, like, the reason and action.
